Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

In accordance with consumer protection laws, cosmetics are considered personal hygiene products. Therefore, once a product is unsealed, it is not eligible for the seven-day evaluation period for returns or exchanges.

The evaluation period is not a trial period. Upon receiving the product, please inspect it immediately and refrain from opening it. If you are dissatisfied with the product and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service promptly.

If the received product does not match the ordered product, is defective, or has been damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.

Consumers are required to initiate returns or exchanges within seven days (including holidays) of receiving the product. Return Instructions

a. Returned items must be in new, unopened, and unused condition. The seven-day evaluation period provided by the Consumer Protection Act is for your consideration and confirmation of whether the product meets your needs, not for product trials. If our store has instructed you, please retain the original packaging (including outer packaging boxes), otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

b. Products must be returned in their original condition (including accessories, gifts, etc.) with the purchase invoice and intact packaging.

c. It is recommended to consult with customer service personnel regarding product details before making a purchase to address any doubts.

d. For personal reasons such as ordering errors or dissatisfaction with the product, if the original order qualifies for free shipping and the order no longer qualifies after the return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded product amount.

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

- Exceeding the 7-day evaluation period.
- The product has been unsealed or damaged due to human factors such as stains, damage, or dirt.

Return Process

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time and recipient name, address, and phone number → Return will be handled by the store's commissioned logistics.

Refund Instructions

For credit card payments or Apple Pay: After confirming the return and receiving the goods, the payment will be directly refunded to the original credit card account. The refund will be credited to your credit card account after settlement by the credit card company.

For cash on delivery or ATM transfer: After confirming the return and receiving the goods, the refund will be transferred to your provided bank account within seven working days after receiving the returned goods.

Exchange Instructions

a. Exchange items must be new and unopened.
b. The product must be returned in its original condition (including accessories, gifts, etc.) and intact packaging.

c. For personal reasons such as ordering errors or dissatisfaction with the product, if the original order qualifies for free shipping and the order no longer qualifies after the return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded product amount.
