Shipment Instructions
Once you have completed the payment process, we will ship the goods within 3 working days after receiving the payment (excluding weekends and national holidays).
If the delivery is not picked up, we will contact you and arrange for another delivery after the goods are returned. If we cannot reach you via order messages, email, or phone, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
During festive holidays with increased orders or due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, shipment may be delayed.
If you choose [Black Cat Home Delivery]: Actual delivery will depend on the route arranged by the courier.
If you choose [Convenience Store Pickup]: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the goods within 7 days after arrival. Failure to do so may result in loss of shipping fee, which will be borne by the customer.

Free shipping for orders over NT$1300 for convenience store pickup (7-11, FamilyMart)
Free shipping for orders over NT$2000 for home delivery
(Based on the final checkout amount in the shopping cart)
Invoice Issuance
An electronic invoice will be automatically issued after payment completion. If you wish to issue a uniform invoice, please select a uniform invoice, fill in the company name and tax ID.
