Dear customer,
Our company will never request any financial account or credit card information from you via text message or phone call, nor will we ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM through the aforementioned channels.
If you receive any such calls or messages, please remain vigilant and do not easily trust instructions from unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact our customer service immediately or call the Anti-Scam Hotline 165 for verification.
When you receive calls displaying numbers starting with "+", "+2", "+", or "+886", please be cautious and beware of the caller's attempts to disguise themselves as a specific company, bank, or judicial institution. Do not click on unfamiliar links or accept friend requests from unknown LINE contacts or text messages.
Common scam tactics such as "repeated orders" or "erroneous installment payments" aim to gain your trust before requesting online banking or ATM operations. If it involves bank transactions, please directly call your bank. If the call requests you to operate your account or provide personal information, please refuse directly to reduce the risk of fraud.
We also advise you to regularly change your passwords, strengthen password complexity (using a mix of upper and lower case letters, and numbers), and avoid entering your account passwords on public computers to enhance information security.
Best wishes for you,
Mini Mini Customer Service
